Is my bank data safe?
Your bank connection runs through Belvo, regulated by the Brazilian central bank, and it is read-only. Buddy B can see balances and transactions. It cannot move money, and neither can anyone who works here.
Do I have to connect a bank?
No. You can add everything by hand and Buddy B works exactly the same. Connecting a bank saves you the typing.
What is cash flow, and why does it matter?
Most apps tell you what you spent. Cash flow projects the next twelve months from what you already have coming in and going out, carries your balance forward, and shows you which month runs short. It is the difference between knowing what happened and knowing what is about to.
Which currencies do you support?
Fifty-seven, each shown in its own convention. If you hold money in more than one, they sit side by side rather than being flattened into one.
What is the difference between Standard and Smart?
Billing. They are the same product. Standard is monthly, Smart is yearly, and yearly costs less.
Do I need to pay for the AI?
No. Voice and chat run on credits, and every plan gets them, including Free.
Can I use Buddy B outside Brazil?
Yes. The app works anywhere and handles 57 currencies in 8 languages. Automatic bank connection is Brazil-only for now, through Open Finance. Everywhere else, you add accounts by hand.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. Export it whenever you want, and delete your account from Settings if you would rather it was gone.
